Welcome to Corner Block Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website and engaging our marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

We provide professional graphic design and marketing services. Each project will be governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.

Revisions: Unless otherwise stated in your project contract, services include [e.g., two] rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.
Scope Creep: Requests outside the original project description will be quoted separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, the Client agrees to:

Provide timely feedback and approvals.
Provide all necessary assets (logos, high-res images, copy) in a usable format.
Warrant that all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Payment Terms

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 50%] is required before work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion but prior to the delivery of final, high-resolution files or the launch of marketing campaigns.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Client owns the rights to the final approved designs.
Preliminary Works: We retain ownership of all preliminary sketches, unused concepts, and source files (e.g., .AI or .PSD files) unless specifically purchased as part of the agreement.
Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio, social media, and marketing materials to showcase our services, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Marketing Results & Disclaimer

While we use industry-standard strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement:

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales increases, or exact search engine rankings.
Marketing performance is subject to market trends and third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Google, Meta) which are beyond our control.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

If the Client terminates the project, they are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
If we terminate the project, we will provide the Client with all work completed up to that date, and a prorated refund will be issued if applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Corner Block Designs be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services or the inability to use the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
